Great location for Resort World and Arena, hotel was very clean including the room. Staff pleasant, breakfast good. The only thing for me on the breakfast was that the sausages tasted cheap and the tea is out of urns and therefore you cannot make your tea as you prefer it. Also there wasn't enough milk and sugar in the rooms. We have stayed twice now, both times when visiting the arena and its great as you can just walk over to it from the hotel. Just a note for those with poor mobility issues, although its close, it still might be hard going for you so I would consider a wheelchair if you have one.

Breakfast options were amazing, literally everything for everyone and the items were really good quality. The staff were also really welcoming. Stayed for Disney on Ice and had complimentary goodie bags for the children at breakfast time, a lovely touch. The location for us was great. Literally off the motorway and directly next to the venue we were attending the next day with the added bonus of the shopping centre and food quarter The deco in the lobby and the bar area is really stylish and welcome, felt really high end and looked spotlessly clean during our stay.

the location was spot on,right next to the nec which we visited and went to one of the resorts world restaurants for our dinner which was even closer to the hotel.the room was good,the bed was very comfortable and the room was well soundproofed from the noise of the road and airport outside.We couldn't fault the full english breakfast which set us up for the day ahead.
